I can't hear any audio from the venue!
First, check to make sure your device hasn't been muted or silenced; naturally, this will limit your ability to hear sound.
Check the Venue
Ensure that the venue you are visiting actually features audio; not all venues feature any audio to hear, and whether or not they do is based on the intentions of the venue's creators.
Check your Browser Settings
If you are visiting on a desktop or laptop computer, your browser may have been set to mute your current tab, or the website you are currently visiting.
To check if this is the case, simply right-click on the tab containing the popup venue you are visiting, and uncheck the "Mute Tab" or "Mute Site" option, if it is enabled.
