I can’t hear any of the other people in my POPUP experience or they can't hear me - what now?
Check your headphones
We recommend using headphones when in a POPUP experience.
If you can't hear other users, try adjusting your speaker or headphone set up. Try playing a YouTube video or a song to make sure your speaker or headphones are working.
Hearing other people
If you can't hear someone in your POPUP experience, it's possible that they're having trouble with their microphone settings, have muted themselves, or that you have accidentally muted them.
To check if they have been muted by you, hover over their avatar and check to see if the speaker button is crossed out. If it is, then they are muted on your end. Simply click this speaker again to unmute them.
Other people hearing you
If others can't hear you, this may be because you have muted yourself or because your microphone is in use by another app.
Check that you haven't muted yourself by rolling over your own avatar or by checking for a mute icon next to your avatar.
Additionally, browser compatibility issues can affect your feed. If you still have issues, try switching to Chrome and re-entering the experience.
