I'm having sound quality issues - what do I do?

Some POPUP experience users occasionally get distorted or compressed audio alerts or ambient sound.

If this happens to you, we recommend closing the browser tab that your POPUP experience is running in, then opening a new tab and logging in again. This will reset your session.

If you experience the issue again it can help to adjust your set up.

If you aren’t already, using Chrome will deliver the best performance in POPUP experiences.

Sound problems can sometimes occur when using a laptop, because of the proximity of the speaker and microphone. If you’re using a laptop we suggest plugging in a set of headphones.
