Camera & Microphone Permissions for Firefox

On Firefox, you can reset permissions using a dialog on the left side of the address bar. Click on the icons as shown below. If you don't see the icons, refresh your browser and log in to the site again.

In the drop-down menu that appears, click the cross beside the permissions settings for the camera and microphone shown.

For the reset permissions to take effect you need to reload the page:

When you reload, you should get a dialogue box asking you to allow permission for the page to use your microphone and camera. At this point, you can also select a different microphone and camera (if available) using the drop-down menus for each. Ensure the correct devices are being used, as some apps running in the background may cause firefox to choose the wrong one by default. When you have selected the correct ones, click "Allow".

You should now be able to enter your POPUP experience. If you still have trouble, try refreshing your browser again.
