My Ticket says it's "Already in Use"
Tickets to events may only be used by one browser tab at a time.
If you're visiting an event using a ticket but your ticket says "Already in Use" even though you're sure that no other tab is currently using your ticket, there's still no need to panic; your ticket hasn't been stolen!
You may encounter this error if you or another holder of your ticket has visited the event in the past and subsequently exited again, marking the ticket as used. To reuse your ticket, simply press the "Reset Ticket" button on the error page.
If this still does not work, contact the event's support team and ask for your ticket to be regenerated.
