I can enter my POPUP experience but can't see my video feed

This issue usually occurs when you’re accessing POPUP experiences while using a VPN.

For a better experience try switching off your VPN and accessing your POPUP experience directly.

If that’s not possible, or you’re not sure how to do that, try switching your computer to using mobile data and see if that makes a difference.

Finally, browser compatibility issues can affect your feed. If you still have issues, try switching to Chrome and re-entering the experience.
